Still in love with my ex??

I had my first serious boyfriend when I was 18. He was my best friend and we had the most amazing times together. We only ended up being together for about 6 months, but it was brilliant while it lasted...Just to let you know, we split because the...

relationship simply happened at the wrong time - no ones fault.

Since then I've had a few relationships, and am now seeing someone I've been with for just over a year. I love him to bits and would never do anything to hurt him. I feel comfortable with him, and he makes me laugh and treats me amazingly well!

I've stayed friends with my ex but due to change in work, I've been seeing him a lot more lately, going out for drinks and so on. My boyfriend trusts me 100%, so theres no problems there, but being with my ex makes me realise how much of a spark there can be between two people, how much chemistry and so on. Its kind of making me question how good my current relationship is.

I know my ex would like something to happen between us again, and so would I...If I wasn't with my boyfriend. Thing is, I don't want to have any regrets later on, as I did 3 years ago when we first broke up (me and the ex).... What do you think I should do??

Love is forever, Sorry. But remember the reasons why you are not together. What is best for you? I have some complete jerks in my past and I loved them honestly but I know better than to let myself get caught up by them again. They may say they changed but what do you SEE. Maybe just stay friends if you liked hanging out before. If it's uncomfortable that way you shouldn't have them around. Your BF trusts you. If you question your current relationship you probably don't have what it takes to keep it going anyway. You need to choose and grip onto that choice like a leech. Unless you are mormon there's really not much chance of keeping them both. You will end up losing them both if you try.
