Does he still love me and want me back?

I know this guy since elementary. When he got to college, he courted me. After 3 months of dating, my boyfriend and I broke up. We haven't seen each other except on my birthday. I gave him this puppy stuff toy since I forgot to give it before. After a week, he asked me if I would consider starting all over again with him. His close friend told me that my boyfriend told him it was already 'real love and that he misses me' that's why he came back. (that was after 5months of break-up). So we were together again. This time everything was doing really great. I mean really great. He's sweeter than before. Very romantic and he visits me at home whenever he have his break time. sometimes he would even get me from school ang bring me home. My family warmly accepted him. After 3 months, he has to migrate and study abroad. (even though he doesnt really want to, he just have to because his family is there abroad). he didnt want to leave me. Infact he even asked me to have a baby with him. of course I didnt approve that at a young age. before he migrated, his mother invited my family over for dinner. so time came for him to leave. after 2 months of long distance relationship, we broke-up. Our time was like 12 hrs difference. really hard to communicate. We didn't have a fight. He just decided that it'll be easier that way because he knew I was struggling with our situation. He has been repeatingly telling me that he doesn't want me to suffer. It's been like 7 months since we broke up. I really still love him so much. Last December his family visited the city, even though we already broke-up, his parents still wanted to meet me and my mom, We had a fine lunch. We talked with his dad about me and his son. His dad's encouraging me to make friends with him ( since we havent communicated). When his parents went back to states, his parents would call me and check me out. He didn't greet me on new year and on my birthday. I was surprised that just this month, he finally communicated. Although it was a really short chat. but that really made me happy and even made me cry. He is coming back this june for a 2 months vacation. What should I do? Do you think he still wants me back? loves me?....... I really love him so so much still. I also want to know if he still does. =,c

The only way to find out for sure is to talk to him. We don't know him or what he's thinking so we wouldn't know if he still have feelings for you. Talk to him and ask him if he still have feelings for you. Thats the only way to find out for sure.

Relationships based on friendship from the elementary school are very frequently this flip-flop relationships, breaking up and starting again several times. I knew a married couple duing the same for years. On one hand they want to be released from the childhood relationship, and on the other hand they cannot because the feelng are very deep. I advice you to be patient, and make an agreement with this boy, you two never want to tie up each other, and both of you you may make friends, even adventures, but you never will loose the sight of each other. And once, after several side adventures you may marry. Even, you may continue the flip-flop life in the beginning of the marriage. But that is not a problem, you just cannot step out of your relationship for a longer time.
