Not after s*x, but sometimes after a hand job or a bl*w job, hes still hard after he cums, Is this a good or bad thing? Why does it happen?

Yes, that's normal. Some men can keep an erection after ejaculation, some can't. Some men can ejaculate not too long after, and some men need more time to recover. People are just different. No big deal.

Yep, llewellyn is correct! Even the same men are different at different times. I've known men who could stay hard even after they came 4 or 5 times but the vast majority go limp after one shot. But for younger guys, I.e.14 to 25, it's not unusual for them to go for seconds and thirds. It pays to be young!! >
