Step-dad issues

heres the situation

my dad is a creep and I'm scared to be with him...
heres how it alll started..

my mom and step-dad have been together for over a year and its her third husband, she's so inlove with him and think hes just amazing..

so I...

started to trust him and I would go drink with him behind my moms back because he said he knew that teens had to grow up and stuff

one day I went with him and I got really drunk and high with him
he asked me if he could have sex with him and I said yes since I was really impaired...so he started to touch me and I cant remember what happened after that

but I later told him (sober) that I dont like it and its disgusting
he asked me if I was a bad person and I said yes
I keep avoiding him and not letting him go near me
I know I made a HUGE mistake but I will never do it again I was stupid, impaired, and I had a wrong judgement

the other day he had to take me to the grocery store to buy something and after that he pulled into the back and asked me again
I said no
he said I know you want it
what about all of the favors I do for you?
I see how it is
you use me
I then said no more favors

then today he went by my window while I was changing
im scared to be by him im scared to be home

he has two sons that live with us
and my real brother absoulty loves him and so does my whole family
they think hes great and the nicest person

If I told her, she would be extremely depressed
and it would be all my fault
I don't know what to do... please give me some advice

btw. if I tell a counseler at school, can they report it?

Tell a conselour...

buuutt the only prob is you got intocicated and high so you may be fined but given the issue im sure they wont pay too big atteinton to your faults.
dont mention the drugs just the drinking bc they may not have sympathy for someone who does drugs bc you culda made it up.
not sayin you did but thats what the court system may say

so tell but dont tell about he drugs.

wow, that seems really friqhtninq danqerous.
I think the best thinq you can do I talk to your mom about it.
to me it doesnt seem correct to hide it from her.
im sure she'll put you above him.
if you continue keepinq it to yourself like this thinqs can qet really out of hand he can even qo to your mom before you about it.
even make some stuff up.
you should tell her, I think you wont ever reqret it(:
