My dog has been going on the floor a lot in the past month or so. She usually is really good about not doing that but I noticed that she usually does it when it is storming. I asked her if she had to go outside this morning and she started shaking. I...

brought her downstairs and went back up to get her bed and when I got back down she had gone on the floor. Do you think that she is scared of storms or is it just a another accident?

Yes...she's scared of storms (some dogs start out fine when it storms and then pick up the behavior as they get older)...and that may be why she urinates when it storms. However, if she's urinating at other times, then I'd take a urine sample into your Vet and have it checked for a UTI, just to be on the safe side. A UTI only gets worse, without antibiotics.
