first yes...u can have a std without EVER having sex...if her mom got or had something while she was prego with her then yes she could have anything and not know it and still b a virgin.
now her PH levels could b off if she is too clean or not clean enough. and that is easly fixed. tell her to go to a health clinic...u dont want to get something and b stuck with that crap your whole life.
