Staying fit without being too worn out

listening to pantera waiting for boyfriend Asked by bassplayingmetalchick about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

So I started this new job and I work from 7 am to 3:30 p.m. And I am constantly on my feet moving and boxing things and walking around...it is non stop. Thing is, I am trying to get in fighting shape and be toned and thin, not super skinny, thin like...

girls in the fitness magazines and glamour. Also I am trying my hardest to eat healthy and think I am doing ok. im 5'8 135 pds im trying to lose about 12-15 pds I eat 2000 calories then 1900 calories then 1800 calories and start over I did workout 1 hour each day switching between cardio and strength everyday. But now with my job im wondering if I should still try to fit in a workout or not because im always sooo tired when I get out. Thanks for the help.

one thing you should do is not worry about the calories so much.. instead check out how much fat you may be eating. you could eat 2 oreos and get 150cals but also use 2g of Saturated fat and that is equal to 15% of your Daily value. Saturated fat *SAT or Trans Fats do exactly what they say (SAT = SIT) they sit in your body and are extremely hard to get rid of. buy products with little to no fat value! make sure you dont go over your Daily Value (DV). another good thing to look at is your Fiber content if your getting enough you should process your food a lot quicker and burn more weight. Fiber One makes a Cereal that gives you 57% your DV in one sitting! also they make yogurts and cereal bars that are really good. make sure you dont cut out meals!!! your body will store what nutrients you eat and retain them if you starve yourself (ie, you gain weight) to help with your energy needs, eat an apple or any fruit... lots of natural sugars and energy no fat value and a great amount of fiber!! eat carbs for energy!

If your on your feet all day, it sounds like you'd only need to do a mild workout of about 45mins each day. Lower your fat consumption drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fresh fruit vegetables...

If you can't work out as much as you use to try a change in your eatign habits. It worked wonders for me. I was the same way, I lost the time that I could spend in the gym and I started to gain weight. I came across this book on line and I took a chance. It taught me everything I needed to know about healhty eat , maybe it could help for you
