Starving...

I've been trying to eat less... and my stomach makes noises and I can feel the emtiness (because im hungry) but then a few minutes later the noises stop.. and my stomach doesnt feel empty anymore...
can someone explain this?...

The best way to fix that problem is to not just plain cut down how much you are eating but to choose an ammount of calories to intake and break it up between the meals you eat. But you also have to give your body time to adjust to the ammount of food that you intake.

how much less are you cutting down eating? if your tlakin bout like msaller portions... then its gonna take your body a little while to get used to it

well mayeb you shouldnt cut down on your food, if you want to loose weight just exercise then your stomach won't complain so much. You can eat 3/4 of how much you usually eat, that would be a safe option, eat only 3/4 of how much you eat but exercise once in 2 days.

without food, your stomatch is empty
and an empty stomach has no furl in it to do anything
so every now and then, if it needs food, it will make noises
at this time you should eat something with some fat on it
try to get a better veiw of your body image and of food
because food is one of the necessities in life you need to live

I was told once that if you eat slower, you get the feeling that your stuffed faster. And it does work. So maybe try that and work out a lil bit. If you have a Wii Fit those help a lot! I've lost like 3 pounds on mine already.

well... I've cut down quite a bit..like im having breakfast: tea lunch: 1/2 sandwich afternoontea:tea and dinner:a small meal.

I used to eat heaps..like anything I saw id eat.. and once I've had heaps of like savoury foods I started eating sweet foods...

im bout 160cm tall and weigh 51kg

if you limit the calorie intake to an unhealthy level, your body will adjust to that and reserve what it needs to take care of itself, sure initually you will lose weight, but can you live like this forever? Prob. not and when you start to eat normal again, to your body you will be over eating and you actually gain weight. Thats why diets DONT work!!
Living a healthy lifestyle everyday and eating healthy and getting excercise is best!

well thnks but I cant just eat healthy because that doesnt make me lose weight.
my family always bags me out about being fat and tell me to stop eating too much... I kinda want them to know I can be skinny.

If you want to lose weight try eating 1200 cals a day eating so mthing betwenn 100-200 cals 6-8 times a day every two hours like
8-10-12-2-4-6-8 because you wont be starvinh your self and your cutting down nicly xxx
