You should try a healthy way of losing weight, starving yourself will only make you sick. Try the Abs Diet for Women.

If you find yourself in a position where you're thinking about becoming anorexic or bulimic, remember that there are other safer (mentally and physically) approaches to handling your weight. Eating disorders can lead to permanent health problems and even death.

Eating disorders are not diets, they are mental illnesses that no one should want or try to get. They are serious ways of people coping with trauma and should not be played around with.

WARNING!: Anorexia and bulimia can cause permanent damage to your heart, brain, kidneys and other organs, and can ultimately result in death.

your BMI is 25.8, so you're a tiny abit overweight.
you only need to lose 2.3kb to get into healthy weight.
so nothing to worry about.
I'm here if you want help.
good luck.

I try to work out everyday for about an hour of high intense cardio, that burns about 800 calories for me. Then I do lots of sit ups and lift weights, Im still not where I want to be yet, but it helps a lot. For the diet, try to eat smaller meals. with as little snacking in between, it is really hard, but you can do it good luck

Dieting is not the way to lose weight. Losing weight has to be a lifestyle change that you must live everyday, not just when you want to lose weight. Starving yourself will only harm your body. When your body doesn't get food it goes into starvation mode and begins to store fat so diets do not work! To lose weight you must reduce the amount of calories you ingest and increase the amount of exercise. Cereal and fruit or a boiled egg with wholewheat toast for breakfast. Yoghurt and fruit for morning tea. Salad and chicken for lunch. Crackers and cheese for the afternoon. Stirfry and vege for tea. One scoop of icecream for dessert with fruit. It's all about balance. The sad thing is that half the world is starving while the other half is on a diet. The key is to concentrate on the inside and being healthy rather than torturing yourself with comparing yourself to others.

The Abs Diet isn't a "diet" per say it's a lifestyle change similar to what kat7 describes. It's more of a healthy and smart way to eat. I think walmart still carries the Abs Diet for women for about 17 bucks. It's full of healthy food choices, recipes and exercises.
