Should I starve myself to lose weight?

If you want to lose a lot of weight and fast should you just starve yourself even though you love food and you cannot leave it?

starving urself?? wow...no...I lost like ten pounds just joining cross country! just exercise a lot...drink a lot of water...for snacks choose fruits...if you dont feel like going for a run..go for an hour walk! choose dark colored vegetables instead of light colored, because they have more vitamins and good nutrients. cut out soda out of your diet...choose vitamin water or a sports drink instead...make sure you know how many calories you are taking in...an average person is suppose to take 2-3 thousand calories a day...its always good to keep track! And if you find it difficult to do it by urself have a friend to join you..or someone that will motivate you!

u should never starve yourself. that will just lead to a lifetime of problems. if you want to lose weight, you can still eat the foods you love but if its junk food just dont eat a lot of it.

No you should not starve yourself its unhealthy . Just exercise, drink water and eat healthy .

no you dont need to starve your self because if you do that ull just gain more back when you start to eat so yea dont starve your slelf thats stupid

I don't think starving yourself is ever a good solution. In the case where the caloric intake is below the 1200, which is the bare minimum for the body to function properly, your body actually goes into a sort of starvation mode where your fat receptors then hold on to fat more so because it's not getting that bare necessity it needs.

I'm trying to starve myself right now. I'm on my 2nd day and it's great. I've lost 2 pounds already yes, starving IS the way to go!!
