Starting with a d# then going to an eb?

Tuning my guitar. The lowest E string... and my tuner keeps saying that its a D# and later it says its an Eb...

The tuner is on 440Hz

Any suggestions?

D# and Eb and the same not. They are both a half step between D and E. The more common name for that note is Eb. Don't know why it's telling you both but it's the same thing.
