im 13 an all of my mates have started there period but they are all smaller than me an im quite tall so I dont understand my mum was 12 when she started an my aunite was 14-15 but I have all the signs of startin my period but I havent started can you help please thankyou xx
Menarche is another name for the beginning of menstruation. In the United States, the average age a girl starts menstruating is 12. However, this does not mean that all girls start at the same age. A girl can begin menstruating anytime between the ages of 8 and 16. Menstruation will not occur until all parts of a girl's reproductive system have matured and are working together.

hay chick every girl is differnet you could start us tomorrow but the normal age group is 12-16 I was unfortunte to start mine when I was 7 but as I said every one care differnt take care chick xx
