Standing up for only one friend!

awesome and minty! Asked by cuddlebugluvshugs about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

My best friend makes me mad all the time. When I was on gmail the other night I was talking to her friend and she was being mean, and I called her B!TCH! Because she was totally being one! SO she called my best friend and she told her I called her...

that, and she got mad at me and said DON'T CALL HER NAMES!, then when I wasn't even doing anything, her friend (grrr I hate her) called me a b!tch, and I told my best friend and she was like Well, so. She didn't do anything. And she told me I was being annoying. Why does she only stand up for her friend and NOT ME!!! (some friend huh but I don't want to lose her.)

I know you dont want to lose her but think about what you deserve... You dont deserve to be treated in this way. At the end of the day you cant change the way people act, you are only in control of your own actions. You can either put your foot down and tell her how you feel and that you wont tolerate that behavior, or you can let her walk all over you. Do you really want to be around someone who is basically abusing your friendship? You deserve better than that, and you should consider making other friends (no one is saying you have to cut off ties with her, but expanding your social circle never hurt anyone).

You need to apologize - friends don't do that.

You never call your friend a b*tch. If you do, YOU are being one. You could use a different word, or say don't ACT like a b*tch. But calling names to others is not being a friend. Sorry.
