You're body could have burned more or even less than that. It's just the national average of how fast people burn calories.

I was really bored so I got on my Stairmaster for 15 minutes and it said I burned like 150-200 calories. Is that really possible? Or just a fluke? I think that's a lot to burn in so little time. (It's not the kind where you literally climb stairs)
