Spring break.

Spring break is less than a month away. I want to look amazing in my swimsuit. I am 5 feet 7 inches and weigh 124 pounds. I have a little flab around the stomach area. I would like to have a flat tummy without looking like I need a meal. How can I achieve this? My BMI is 19.4 and I run almost everyday. Any sugggestions to trim the stomach by just a little? Thank you.

I know this sounds old fashioned but sit ups are great ... or any kind of stomach exercise should help trim your waist. Try and stand up straight and have good posture at all times as this engages not only your back muscles but also your abs. Lay off any kind of alcohol or fatty foods for a while. Try and eat more veggies, whole grains and keep a balanced diet. I think that should do it.
