Is it normal to be spotting regularly?

I was wondering if it is normal for me to start spotting a week before my period due to sex and/or mas*urbat*on. This has been happening to me a lot lately. I have no signs of bleeding and then after I have sex or mas*urba*e I notice that I 'm bleeding. Could it be the contractions from getting all excited that makes me leak? Maybe from rubbing the g-spot?

Maybe you are to rough with yourself and are hurting yourself, if thi keeps up I suggest going to your doctor and tell him whats going on so he can check everything is ok.

Another thing is that I went off the pill after being on it for about ten years. Could hormonal changes from that cause the spotting?

Oh yes definetly. That could easily be the cause becos your body has been so dependant on the pill for so many years this could just be your system trying to get on track without it. If you are concerned about it maybe you should visit your doctor and discuss it with him just to make sure everything is ok.
