Spots

Okai well I am quiet luck compared to some, I hardly everi get spots I clean my face twice a day and use clean and clear. If and when I do get spots they are only red bumps under my skin.
Buh I can feel loads !!! At the moment they arnt red yett but...

is there anty way of getting rid of them before they show?

Wash wash wash!! I actually stopped them before. I'ver used sea breeze and that too helps them from showing up.

ok wash and use lots of oil free moisturizers and wash like 5 times a day

washing my face 5 times aday is a bit extream dont ya think? Lol
what am I gna do just get out my face clensing stuff at school ?:L
