Spontaneous tender & sensitive breast

I have had very sensitive and tender breast the last 4 days. There is not much pain just very sensitive nipples. I highly doubt that I am pregnant and I'm only 19 so it cant be med. pause. what else can it be?

Been swimming in chlorine a lot lately? A bunch of people get tender nipples from salt water or chlorine, it can irritate the skin and scab over, otherwise that's the best advice I can give, as I'm not a female and do not get these problems.

If your about 2 weeks from your period it could be that breasts act weird and it always happens to me.

also sometimes his can be from an underlying medical condition
so it wouldnt hurt to go to the doctor for a check up
just to make sure everythings ok
