Hi omam!

In America, there are a lot of scholarships provided by Universities for students. What you should do is narrow down a list of different universities that have good programs in the areas you are interested in. Then, call their financial aid offices and ask about scholarship programs. You don't need a single person per se to sponsor you, but you can get good aid through the schools themselves.
