yes, their are hair treatments and cream for such things, if you are willing to spend money to fix it, then you should consider a salon, but if not, then you can purchase these items at your local walmart, or drug store.. :]

I would just give it a little trim when your hair is healthy and trimmed it grows faster anyway.
