Where to get special effect contacts?

ok, so I want to get some colored contacts. I don't have any eye problems other then being a little far sighted and I really want to get some dramatic ones that make my eyes a really bright color or cat eyes. my eyes are kind of a medium brown but get lighter sometimes. where can I go to get some SAFE and AFFORDABLE contacts? I don't want to spend much over $50 but I will if it'll be worth it. if you have any info on where to go, your oppinions, suggestions or whatever else please let me know!!

Well, I've seen online sites selling them but I honestly don't know how well they were made. Sorry, guess I'm not much help.
