Spanish recipes?

I have to make a spanish cooking video where I make an authentic spanish recipe (spanish meaning from any spanish-speaking country) and explain how to do it and then serve it! I want to do something definitely original, yet not too hard to make. Have any suggestions???

Puedes acer unos panchos tambien, oh chalupas. Casi la malloria de las comidas mexicanas no es nada complicado. I son mas buenas que comidas americanas porque tienen menos grasas.

Si, es verdad, sourkiss. Estoy muy impresionada que puedes hablar espanol! Lo siento, mi espanol no es muy bueno, solo estoy tomando clases en mi escuela! Pero gracias otra vez
