Soy milk

can you use soymilk 2 bake instead of milk?
and my cousin told me you cant use it to make pudding..anybody know why?

It depends on the recipe but most of the time you can substitute soy milk for cow's milk.

Not sure about pudding. I do know there are recipes for vegan pudding that use soy milk so if you are avoiding dairy you could try one of these.
