Are soulmates ture??..If so?..do you meet them at any age?

I have read somewhere that soulmates ( I mean more than one person) doesn't necesasrily have to be your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife. it could be a friend, a parent, a sister, brother, your child or anyone who you have close contact with in your past life. you already know these persons though you haven't met them because they were or once with you whoever you were in the past. so the relationship to these people can be filial, platonic or erotic. this belief is supported by some religions such as Hinduism and Buddism. Not with Christianity. do I believe it? to tell you the truth I am not sure, but there are times that I already have strong feelings and instant affinity towards a person even I have just met him/her for the first time. possibly, it can only be a mere attraction...
