How can i get rid of a sore throat?

I have had a sore throat for many days now. I've taken the usual medicines but nothing works. My throat is still full of painful blisters that come and go. Can you help me with any advice?

what my mom does is she gets some salt water and you gargle it. make sure you don't swallow it. all you need to do is get a cup and fill it with some water and add a little salt
