How to get rid of a sore throat?

Any ways I can get rid of a sore throat without med's?

Old remedy is equal parts of warm honey and whiskey.
Hot tea usually helps me.

if you cant get the whiskey try warm water && salt && gargle...

Ok all you have 2 do is mix 2 spoons of puoor honey and a half of fresh lemen in a half a glass of hot warm warter and drink in 2 sips!
It will sting a bit but then it works like magic.

Gargle with warm salt water for five minutes.It is a wonder cure.

Might I ask, how do you get soo many soar throats?...

I dont get it a lot , im just SICK .
