hormones, pregnance and a bunch of other things. It all came out normal and I'm not pregnant but I'm very tired, my nipples are so sore and swollen. I feel like I'm getting my period soon but it never comes. I have noticed it's harder to get my long distance runs in and I'm more hungery than usual but I'm not gaining weight... I have no clue what's going on with my body. I'm 26, eat very healthy and workout 3-5 times a week doing about 8-10k runs. Can you help out at all please!:?

Have you had your thyroid checked? Does anyone in your family have hyperactive or underactive thyroid? Because your thyroid is responsible for regulating your hormones and you may have underactive thyroid. Or you may have an iron deficiency. I would ask your doctor to check you iron levels and your thyroid just to be on the safe side.

I have the same symptoms as you but am only 16 and I dont eat fruit or anything like that and dont excercise. I came off the pill about 4 months ago and I had a period but wasent normall then after that I havent had one and I no am not preggers. but my nipples are really sore when I touch the. what you think

I have the exact same thing but my one breast is sore and my nipples are sore and I also went off the pill a while ago had my period and then completely stopped having it and I went to the Dr.and he did all sorts of tests and says I am really healthy.But I can't understand why I haven't had my period for 5 months???I am 22 years old!!!What is happening to me???
