handcuffed me for an hour and a half behind my back and refused to take them off me. I dont like it at all, but I want to be perfect for him sooo bad. because he baught me flowers twice and took me to a movie once and I've known him for like 2 months. and he picked me up yesterday to run some erins. and he cuffed me real tight in front when I got in the car. but I didnt wanna ask him to take them off because hell add time or I'm afraid hell get upset. and we stopped at this store and he handcuffed me to his steerin wheel while he went inside and I was so nervous the whole time. he made sure he took the keys with him and left me for twenty minutes. but then he came out and gave me a teddy bear he baught. being handcuffed to something that long made me kinda panic tho but I really wanna be good enough for him. how can I feel more comfortable about being handcuffed??

I think he's going to build up your trust by being sweet when he handcuff's you, then do something terrible. I couldn't trust someone who felt the need to have me handcuffed.

He has a fetish. Some fetishes can be harmless and other can be more risque or even dangerous - for example a fetish for knives. A fetish for handcuffing someone would suggest he likes to be in control. I think this borders on being dangerous if he decides that you are getting more used to it and will try to go further. What if he handcuffs you for hours on end - and leaves you alone? Sure he may come back with a nice little present but it is really worth it? He is grooming you to think this is a normal part of a relationship but when it is making you uncomfortable then it really isn't. You need to decide if you really like him enough to put up with this for the length of the relationship, as it isn't going to go away while you are dating him.

You really do need to work on your confidence, and you also need to start learning to love yourself and value yourself as a person, not some animal on a leash! When you measure your worth in this life according to how other people treat you, that isn't self-worth... it's other-worth.

A lot of the pain you go through when you're young and trying to have relationships is specifically to teach you more about yourself and what your boundaries are for you to be happy. This guy is NOT respecting you as a person! He is controlling you, and you need to get away from him!

if you don't like it, demand that he stop!!! you should not be with a guy if he makes you uncomfortable. you will find that this will probably escalate. who knows what this could lead to. handcuffed and raped? get out before something bad happens...
