Someone is watching me?

I dont really know what category this should be under so I just picked a common visited category.. Sorry.

But I always always feel like someone is watching me, you see... I live in a newish house so I know it's not a ghost. Im just so freaked out I...

dont even like to change in my bedroom because I feel like someone is watching me 24/7. Please help mee..

just chill look around close your curtains and doors and you shud be ok,

but its most likely personnal paranoia you know?

Maybe it's something unexplainable triggering your 6th sense, if you believe in that.
But most likely you're just paranoid. Try to relax, acknowledge the security of your home, and convince yourself noone's around.

It could be a number of things from personal paranoia to stress to a neighborhood peeping tom... I would suggest you try taking some time to take a hot bath or something and just chill out. See if taking some me time helps to clear things up.
