How can i lose leg and bum fat?

I have fat legs at the top cellulite and fat bum...I've tried going the gym but no help an I've come to the stage were I wont go out its depressin me can anyone tell me how I can tell me how2 get rid of it

first you need to get rid of your frame of mind. think more positive, second is eating healthy and getting is a good dose of exercise. cause honestly, you cant lose weight on just your legs. you can obviously do toning and massage for the areas affected by cellulite, but thats usually resolved with healthy living, and most people have some cellulite, even thin people. Best of luck.

Yeah, you have to stop nitpicking at every little thing that's wrong with your body. Everyone has cellulite in one form or another hon, I'm 4'11 and 102 pounds and even my legs aren't perfectly smooth. The best way to lose weight is to stay focused and EXCERSISE. Now, if you're afraid to go out in public and do it you can just as easily stay home. Excersising doesn't mean you channeling your inner Rocky by climbing up a mountain of steps, do simple things like jogging around your home for 10 minutes or push ups...regular excersise rountines. You may even want to pick up a video that focuses exactly on the area of the body you want to tone. Also, you have to have to have to diet! Dieting doesn't mean eating a bowl of pea soup for dinner and an energy bar for dessert. You can simply just cut out all the junk food and pick healthier altneratives; start reading labels when you go grocery shopping look at the total fat, sodium and sugars don't be fooled by calories it's the salt and sugary levels along with the fat that'll not only make you heavier but plague your health. Don't make losing weight a bigger deal than it needs to be just use common sense and pick up your self esteem.

take up cycling, and go out at least 3 times a week on th bike and take at least a day or two days rest in between, slowly increase average speed and miles cycling, take me for example do at least 55/100 miles on th bike and average at least 18/25 mph and today I done 62 miles and average 20mph and this was over flat and hilly and mountain terrain on a road bike, dont no how many calories burned but I would say at least 2000 and I also take this up competitively racing to for my team, country, county at national and international level.

exercies (I use wii fitness trainer, it gives you actually workout and workout schedule) eating healthy, their is alos stuff you can rub on your legs
