Soft afro

How can I get a soft afro my hair is really nappy and hard and it breaks a lot. I don't want to perm it because it makes your hair break even more and it feels like your hair stops growing. I just want 2 get a afro that run a comb thru with out breaking...

any hair or the comb getting stuck. Can any 1 here help me?

Well, I know what soften and makes hair health is using three different shampoos every time you get in the shower. I've used dove, sunsilk, aussie and Vive Pro I think it is called. I've gotten to the point I don't know what tangles are any more. Figure out the three types of problems with your hair and try to shoot for those problems with three different shampoos from different companies. My hair is thin, dry, and I did have low lights but they've faded. So I used volume, moistureizing, and shampoos for low lights and high lights.
Hope some of that was of some help. Plus my hair used to break off a lot but isn't as bad any more.
