sometimes something happens and people can't get on.
computer breaks.
people go on trips.
maybe their in the army.

you never know.
I'd hate to have my computer break- and go to get on funadvice, and my account be deleted.

I'm not sure.
It could be people are in the Military, computer problems, or they're busy with other things. They keep the accounts up in case the person feels like coming back.

Because if they didn't do anything wrong than its not very nice to just delete them - if they don't want an account on here they can easily delete it themselves. happy
