So i want to get a tattoo

On both sides of my hip and on my lower back and having lines connecting em around my waist... And the front area open... Be cause ima get my belly button peirced...
Do you know how much a tattoo like that would cost... Does it hurt in those areas?

Yes it kills on your hips. one of the worst places for pain but it is worth it. the ribs are worse

From what I've heard, just over your kidneys hurts the most. I have no idea about cost though/.
