It's actually some kind of diet drink..Shake thingy.
He bought it because I said that I wanted to lose weight..So...I got it..
Even though he didnt think I needed to lose it.

Protein shakes are NOT meal replacements.

Protein shakes are suppose to help you gain muscle efficiently after a workout. Your body needs protein to build muscle and after a workout your body can absorb more and will absorb it faster.

If you use this to replace meals, you're going to end up with health problems and constipation. See answer above.

You can use protein shakes in replace of meals and there not just for building muscle. I used Muscle Milk Light protein shakes in replace of 2-3 meals out of the day but I also ate 6 times a day and each meal was about 300 calories when I was dieting. I wouldnt recommend drinking nothing but protein shakes though you will be sooo hungry. They do keep you full for about 3 to 4 hours though. I think if you ate meals how your dad suggested you will lose the weight and fast, good luck!

I despise meal replacement anything. There is no substitution for good nutrition. You cant get skinny out of a can.

Let me ask you this...Once you lose the amount of weight you want to lose how are you going to keep it off? If all you have done is substitute a shake or some kind of cereal bar what did you learn? Not one thing. You have to learn to eat right and eat healthy in order to keep weight off or else you are sentencing yourself to a life time of yo yo dieting. Trust me, I've been doing it for years.

In the last year I have went form 210 pounds to 143 pounds by just watching what I eat, eating whole foods instead of processed foods and leaving the shakes and bars alone. I was in an accident that crushed my pelvis and leg so exercise is not an option for me. I am proof that weight loss and control can be done no matter the circumstances. If you want any tips then just funmail me and I'll be glad to help any way that I can!

Uuum I heared that those shakes were nasty. Your way is probably not the best way to go. What I did when I wanted to lose weight was push-up, crutches, jumping jacks, ran, etc. And drink plenty of water. Don't forget to stretch and don't rely on just shakes to lose weight. It probably won't work.
