I would say if he does not respect your time or you, then it is time to trade him in. Or give him the same treatment and act like it is no big deal.

I agree with everyone my boyfriend does the same thing . Its always a excuse with certain guys . He needs to value your time and enjoy every moment . If he doesnt then its his loss . Good luck

If he doesn't have the courtesy to tell you that he has another call, then chances are he won't show you any respect regarding more serious matters. You should address the problem and let him know that you don't appreciate being blown off like that.
