Has anyone where been told that if you sneeze with your eyes open your eyes will pop out?

It is completely possible to do so and no damage will come to your eyes in the process.

The muscles, and bones of your eye sockets will hold your eyes in place.

It is nearly impossible to simply force your eyelids open using only the muscles of the eyelids themselves. This is because of the natural reflex that is involved with sneezing. You can use your fingers or other object to force them open though.

it is definetly impossible to sneeze with your eyes open because your body like stops when you sneeze thats why before you do sneeze you like get all weezy and stuff lol.
