Snakes that could fit under a scrawl space generally would be pretty small, and they might not move very fast. If you don't have some kind of net & flash light or similar equipment handy, you might be better off calling animal control or a pest company.
Also, if the snake is poisonous, it could be dangerous to try to remove it on your own.
