ummm well get a stress reliever thing and when you get the urge to smoke just sqeeze the stress thing and by the way I'm a girl NOT a sir but I'm not yellin at you ok.
There is heaps of options.
Go to the chemist,and ask for nicorette patches, or inhalers.
They'll give you all the advice and give you wats needed for how much you smoke a day.

and quit succesfully. im back on them. but not because I had cravings.
You may find some of the following advice helpful. Be prepared to have some minor relapses as nicotine is recognised as one of the most addictive drugs available.
Dr Ali, 'Britain's top integrated health expert', offered the following stop smoking programme in the Mail on Sunday:
1. Set a date at least two weeks ahead on a Saturday when you will stop (mid-cycle for women - premenstrual syndrome can exacerbate withdrawal symptoms).
2. Two weeks before that date, start cutting each cigarette in half and smoke only half of that. Use your opposite hand to hold the cigarette.
3. After a week, start lighting a halved cigarette when you want one but smoke only alternate ones.
4. At the same time, go on a dairy-free diet to minimize the mucas your body produces when it is trying to eliminate nicotine. Also give up meat and eat a vegetarian diet with fish - this is easier to digest and will help your body deal with the transition.
5. Three days before you stop, stop smoking for 24 hours. See how you feel physically and mentally. If you are nervous, jittery and/or have a metallic taste in your mouth, then repeat the second week of preparation.
6. If you go ahead, book a massage for the Saturday and lay in stocks of herbal tea and pure water so that you can fast for at least the first day, and preferably Sunday too.
7. On the first day, first thing, throw away all cigarettes and smoking paraphernalia such as lighters and ashtrays.
8. Drink lots of water and herbal tea, especially mint and liquorice root.
9. Stay in bed as long as you wish, all weekend if you want and have long relaxing soaks in the bath.

WOW so you have been smoking since 5 years old, Man I bet your health is gone. That is sad. I think your fibbing.

My nan who is 90 has been smoking since she was 16.
shes outlived people who have had much healthier lifestyles then her.
