Smoke ugh!

Ok my fiance and I moved in to this place about 2 months ago. And the guy before us smoked... Bad!!! The white walls were yellownot light yellow dark yellow. We painted and painted and painted. We even painted the ceiling! You can still smell that alful...

smell of smoke, it makes me sick. I cough and gag all the time! When I go out to the store or my moms house I don't cough, maybe once or twice.

Im wondering if anyone knows how to get that smell out of my house.

spray your room with air ffreshner or something that makes smells go away x

it works for a while then it comes back

Undure it or keep spraying air freshner (but they always smell disgusting) or move or sue the guy.

lol yeah sue thats the anwser lol hopefully My fiance and I can afford a newr place soon

The only way that I think might work would be to take the original paint off the wall and then paint over that with like a latex based paint. The smell might be in the dry wall or whatever the wall is made of in that case it probably wont go away. So pretty much the only way to get rid of it would be getting rid of the paint and then more painting. Sorry =( hope you can find something that works or at least a new place.
