Why does my vagina smell?

so I have been talking to my boyfriend and he says my vagina has a smell to it. He said its fishy. I dont know what to do. Like whats causing it? How do I get rid of it?

Your vagina might have a musky smell to it, especially when you're aroused, but that's completely normal. The 'fishy' smell is not. It is usually caused by a bacterial infection. I would go see a doctor.

Before you run off thinking you've got something wrong with you, ask yourself: do you ever smell anything? If it's THAT bad, you'd probably catch a whiff when you change your underwear or sit cross-legged.

okay it's actually from your period think does it happen a couple days to a week your so from your period??? if so, which is the case for me, it's because of some of your period blood is still in your uterus and bacteria is building up but the smell will usually go away in a few days
try doucing if that doesn't work and the smell is consistent wash yourself with soap and water everytime you take a shower if those don't work go to the doctor

Well im going to tell you like this im not your MOTHER. So im not going to jump down your neck about having sexual relations with your boyfriend cause every teenaged female are male tries it. But let me get to the main part it might be because you have sex and you don't go clean yourself after. Your suppose to do that right after he let's his little guys in you.
Are you can try douching,washing with soap and water,cleaning cloths(Eve's ceaning cloths)... don't put nothing with purfume on it because that won't make it no better than wht it is but other than that you should be aye okay...
