What's your height? Because 100 Ibs or less seem too little and unhealthy if you're not like tiny.
Do exercises that burn off fat and dont build that much muscle;
Running
Pilates/Yoga
Count how much calories you eat and then make a work out program that will make you burn off more then the calories you have eaten.
With every physical activity you're doing, do it until you feel it sort of burning - thats when your burning fat.

I would like to slim down a little, I would at least would like to be down to 100 pounds or smaller. I need help, what are some good ways to slim down fast? I would like to do it by the end of next month.
