don't sleep when you get home from school.
it'll be tough to stay awake, but find ways to keep busy. you'll end up being really tired when nighttime comes around.
and to add on to the advice hcp13420 said:
don't watch tv for at least an hour before you plan on going to bed. it stimulates your brain and keeps you up.
try to avoid sugar as well.

I have that it is called sleep apneia it is where you wake up in the night but your not fully awake so really your only getting 10 min naps every half hour or so. So that mean your body is trying to make up for it when it can . I would go to the doctors to make sure it is not anemia because anemia can cause you to sleep a lot to but if it is sleep apneia then you might be sent to a sleeping clinic to make sure that it is what the doctor thinks and if it is it is mor likely that you well go to the hospital to get stuff removed so you can sleep better. I know people say I know what you are going through but I actuly do and it is anoying being tiered all the time sad good luck by the way xx

take Melatonin and a supplement with Zinc monomethionine aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate it will help you sleep and help your body rest...it is also good for keeping your muscles tight if you work out...I know...I've been taking it for years...and do Men's Fitness Magazines.
