Sleeping pills? any unusual storeys with ambian?

Who has all taken (Ambien) the sleeping pill...? Do you have an unusual experience with it...as in walking around or doing unusual things and not remembering it in the morning?

I've never taken Ambien but I've taken tylenol pm and I noticed if I took it one day and not the next I would be up all night, my body grew dependent on it. I dont like sleeping pills, I prefer just working out and tiring myself out naturally!

I have taken ambien you get a good sleep but with me I would wake up at
nights and feel like I was lost I couldnt remember my room I thought I was
somewhere else all I remember was my bed

one of the biggest side effects associated with Ambien is ,in fact, doing things and not really remembering them...also sleepwalking has been recorded as a side effect, which is basically what you have described..you should have someone else around if you feel you are going to keep taking it with these side effects...TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR! he or she may be able to prescribe something else...maybe trazedone would be more suited as a sleep aid, also benedryl can help you feel drowsy enough to get to sleep..but again TALK TO YOUR DR...

I will only take it if my bfs there and I had tried trazadone it didn't work. T he ambian actually works really well I sleep like a baby on it. I was just wondering if it has happend to anyone else. And for me if I do take it I won't take it for long periods of time, I will go a month or so without it and only take it on nights where I really need it like if I have to get up really early or if I'm up till past 1.
