Sleep paralysis

Asked by nevershoutneverrr 3 months ago, 3 answers.

it hasnt happened recently, but sometimes I wake up and I cant move. it usually doesnt last long, because I make myself move out of force. its happened at my old house, my friends houses, the house im in now- its happened a lot. sometimes I can even...

remember hearing my brothers voice, or a part of a tv show repeated over and over. I can swear im awake, too. I just want to know how to stop it, because now its seriously starting to freak me out.

i have nothing against him. but i do love this Answered by vampchic101791 on Aug 08, 2009, 10:25PM

I've had the same thing happen to me...really not sure what it is or how to stop it. I think it mostly happens when a person is over tired and just dozing off. My son has had this happen too. We joke that we're being abducted by aliens but who really knows.
