I would suggest melatonin. It's an over the counter drug you can find at walgreens. It works naturally because it helps produce melatonin, a chemical which let's you sleep. I used to have sleeping problems and this really helped
and another thing is that when you're laying down your brain gives you an urge to move or roll over if you respond to it and move your brain knows your still awake. That's where a lot of people with insomnia go wrong. Cause your brain doesn't know what your bodys doing and your body doesn't know what your brains doing. So just get really relaxed and relieve all the tension and get in a comfortable position, if you have the urge to move, just don't. Even if it's really hard. And like what frodo said, not looking at the clock can help too. Anyways I hope this helps and you can get some sleep
