You could always take a natural sleep aid like Melatonin to help you sleep longer, but why don't you try going to sleep earlier? If I go to bed at 4:00 I still wake up at 9:00 as well... l wake up at the same time if I go to bed at 10:00...but the best thing to would be take a sleeping pill.

When I close the curtains and not allowing sunlight to get through in the morning, I can wake up around 2 in the afternoon even if I sleep early. But I am a lazy guy naturally...

you probably dont need and medication
your body has a natural time clock
so try just thinking before you go to bed
im going to wake up at 12...or whatever time you want to wake up at
tell yourself that right before you go to bed
also have a nice dark sleeping inviroment with nothing to disturb you or wake you up later on
