Sleep

K I stay up alll nite until like 6am then I sleep aand wake up like aroun 12pm normal and energized evry day for the past few months for some reason I cant sleep at normal time I dont know if you guys understand me but I want to know if thats bad for my...

health??

Any idea on how I can change my sleeping pattern back to normal if its not health how im sleeping now???

I dont think it matters when you sleep, just if you get enough sleep. So as long as that sleeping pattern doesnt effect a job or something, you should be fine. happy
