water and running , simple as. my sister lost 9 pounds in a week im trying it now and have lost 4 pounds but it has been 3 days

You don't need to be skinny. You need to be healthy, and not give in to fads, which I think you're probably doing. In your pictures, you look great! happy

If you really think you need to lose weight, I'll try anyway.

1 Pound= Around 3,500 calories.

To lose weight, you need to reduce your usual intake by 500 calories. DO NOT eat less than 1,200 calories. If you do this, your body will go into starvation mode and store everything and ANYTHING you eat as fat...even if it's an apple or a carrot. The body does this because it doesn't know when it's going to get food again. If you don't want to reduce your intake by 500 calories, you can burn off extra calories a day. You can easily do this by jogging, dancing, karate, etc..burning 500 calories is not hard. happy

If you reduce your intake by 500 calories or burn 500 calories a day, you will lose about a pound a week. No more than three pounds a week is healthy!

Don't eat empty calories. In other words, don't eat anything with no nutritional value whatsoever. Eat a diet of protein, and fiber. Oatmeal is a great start to a long day. It has many grams of protein, and isn't high in calories. Too many carbs aren't good for you; but you need some.

your body is mainly water and when you feel hungry your body is actually telling you your thirsty so drink a pint of water before you decide to get something to eat because most of the time you wont be hungry after that drink, so you can get full up and not take in the calories so yay

whatever you do dont stop eating... I lost like... 20 pounds by starving myself and I gained it all back within a very short period of time... so yeah... diet dont starve!

never go fr dieting , eat what you want, drink water when you r thirsty...only exercise can help you lose weight and stay fit specially a running, believe me durin my 12th class boards, I was 90 kg and with in 6 months I lose 20 kg weight, no special program or special diet, just exercise , and a real simple one, just funmail me , I can make a schedule fr you and you wll see trhe anazing result fr sure..take care

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
