Skate artist job?

has anyone sold any of their art to a sk8 company for cash? If any has I need help I want to get a job as a sk8 artist but don't know how to get started need help please.

but a good place to get started would be were youth workers are
they can help you find people who will buy them
because theyve got a lot of connections

I have.. As a freelancer I make $300per design they take from me.
I usally do 4 a group. Ex: 4 design of sk8 skulls, or sk8 tribal,etc

Now getting a job that just designs skate broad art is rare. Most of the art on SK8 boards is brought from other design houses. Where artist are contract
to design on specific topics. If you work in one of those places today you could be doing
Sk8 art. Tomorrow you could be designing cute girlie bears with flower baskets on a pink background. But note that artist is happy to be there because he has a job where he draws all day. Good Luck friend in the art world.
