I'm stuck at a B cup.. I know they will never grow bigger unless im pregnant or if I gain weight.

so maybe... if you run... you can lose weight and have smaller boobs... because you will lose weight =]

otherwise, the only other option would be plastic surgery but it's too expensive and you have diff chemicals in your body and they wont feel natural.

Again, the best thing to do is just love your body =]

naturally, breasts rarely grow huge on someone with a small body frame
every girl develops at different rates too
and things like there genes will affect there breast size
girls boobs come in all different shapes and sizes, there not all the same
your boobs will stop growing by the time your around 18-21
if there too big for your liking by then or/and causing things like back pain you can talk about having a breast reduction
